My name is Sophelia Joan, a Wellbeing Architect Coach, Performer/Choreographer and Multi-Layered Creative.
I have been involved in the arts and entertainment industry from as young as I can remember - performing, creating and collaborating with like minds. I had spent my life dedicated to dance up until I had a severe injury that led me to redirect my focus onto new interest. During this time I realised I had other passions and gifts.
I found a new passion in wellbeing development during my own pursuit in finding healing, my identity as a person and as a woman and understanding my value and worth. I realised the things I had experienced and endured, others could be going through the same things, and everything I had learnt that helped me embrace who I am confidently, I could share my knowledge to help others who are on a similar path to me and in need of guidance.

Most Importnt Relationship is One With Yourself
Growing up I was seen as a confident person but deep down I often questioned my abilities and felt like I had to compete to be seen as “good enough”, specially being a dancer. I allowed myself to place my value and alot of my identity to be determined by the people around me and who I was in a relationship with. I placed so much of it so, that when my relationships ended I questioned who I was, my capability to be loved and my worth. This transcended across my life through to my friendships, work life, artistic life and personal relationships. Life led me to start working on myself. I began to read a lot of self help books on identity, self - worth and health relationships, watch YouTube videos of life coaches and work on my inner healing from past traumas. Everything changed for me when I realised I needed to love and value myself and have a healthy relationship with myself - FIRST.
It hurts me to see when people aren’t living up to their true potential, they want to, but feeling stuck in knowing how to get there. I believe I have found the key in being able to tap into becoming who you are meant to be and start creating the life you want to live. It excites me knowing I can help people like you live in true authenticity, self alignment and elevating to the next level.

UK-based multi-talented Creative, Life Coach and Wellbeing Practitioner. I have dedicated years to studying and understanding what it means to have a healthy mental and emotional wellbeing. I'm here to help you achieve your goals and give you the tools to support your health and wellbeing, become more confident and empowered, because we all know, life can be stressful and ovewhelming.
I have worked with teens and adults to overcome stress, anxiety, trauma, mental and emotional struggles, and guilding them on their personal and professional development, build thier confience and self-esteem, along with goal setting and achieving healthy life balance.
Combining my passion for helping people, health & wellbeing knowledge and the things I've learnt from my personal experiences, I tailor each session to you and your needs with a creative flair.
